Solutions Architect (Interactive Systems), Strong System Design & Presales Skills, Client Facing Ability, Hertfordshire Based, Immediately Available, Permanent

On speaking with this candidate, his enthusiasm for, and deep knowledge of, interactive technologies really comes across. He has a great understanding of the very latest technologies breaking new ground in the AV industry, but in addition to this he has the communication skills and personality to convey his knowledge and passion for the subject. I expect that his new employer will benefit technically as well as commercially from this candidate’s skill set.

An experienced solutions architect whose most recent experience has been the design, pre-sales and project management of interactive technologies for a major manufacturer with a base in the UK. This varied role has seen him design bespoke systems for large corporate clients, including interactive digital signage, kiosk solutions, point of sale solutions and arena VIP entrance solutions. The technologies he has utilised in these systems include gesture control, touch screens, laser surface, biometric facial recognition, gender and age recognition. This candidate has a strong background in IT, allowing him to design solutions from the infrastructure up. He has a proven ability to marry differing technologies into an integrated system that works in real world applications. His solutions have been and are currently being utilised in retail environments, exhibitions and sports & entertainment venues.

As well as technical design and site surveying, this candidate is strong in client facing situations, championing interactive solutions to clients and explaining the capabilities and benefits of the technologies to non-technical decision makers. He is also confident presenting solutions to clients following an in-depth pre-sales meeting to understand the business needs of the clients and creating an appropriate solution.

This candidate is now actively looking for a new opportunity that offers career progression and a focus on digital media. He is based in Hertfordshire with an easy commute into London (which he has done regularly). He is available immediately and is looking for a permanent opportunity where he can make use of his knowledge and work with interesting technologies on challenging projects. His previous salary was £45K but he is flexible on this as his main priority is to find an exciting role that offers long term career progression opportunities and the chance to keep working with cutting edge interactive tech.

AV & IT Hire/Conference & Events Services, AV Integration, Senior Business Development Manager/Sales Manager & Account Director, Highly Successful New Business Winner, Strong Industry Contacts, Good Technical Knowledge, Available To Start January 2013

I was recently approached by this candidate and quickly understood that he is a very driven and knowledgeable sales professional. He has the communication skills to quickly develop a rapport, along with the gravitas to be taken seriously by senior decision makers. I have no doubt that he will be successful in his next position, whether this is for an Integrator, AV hire and events services firm, event management company or similar hire business.

A senior sales professional with a demonstrable (he will be happy to provide evidence) track record of sales success spanning twenty years in the AV & IT hire industry and approximately 12 years of AV integration and permanent installation (commercial and domestic). He has sold integration, hire and event services to a wide range of organisations, including major corporates, conference venues, entertainment venues and hotels. He is a consistent over achiever who continues to display the hunger to open new doors and win new business. He is also an accomplished account manager and relationship builder, winning repeat business by following up on sales with good service and delivering on his promises.

Along with the evidence of his previous sales success, this candidate is happy to provide written references from previous employers detailing his success and how his attitude and work ethic had a positive effect on the other staff within the business, promoting greater customer care and service delivery beyond expectations.

In summary, this candidate will deliver new business within the hire or AV integration sectors, given the right product portfolio and operational support, he will add to his new employer’s bottom line very quickly.

Based in Buckinghamshire, this candidate is used to winning new business around the UK and has good transport links into London and the South of England. He has a full clean driving license. When speaking with this candidate I am always impressed by his positive attitude and professional manner. AV & VC Installation Engineer, Kent Based (Easy Access to London), Strong Corporate Installation Background, Available Immediately, Permanent

I have been speaking with this candidate for a couple of weeks now; he enjoys Audio Visual technology on a personal level and loves his working day, with AV installation being his dream job. Unfortunately he has just today had confirmation of redundancy (the threat of which was why he contacted me in the first place) and so now needs to find a new role ASAP. I believe that his current employer’s loss will be someone else’s gain.

This candidate is an experienced AV Installer currently working (until today) for a systems integrator, where has enjoyed installing Crestron, AMX and Extron based integrated systems for major corporates in London. He has installed the network infrastructure, racks (including rack build), control systems, VC endpoints and Codecs (Polycom and Cisco/Tandberg), displays and projectors, as well as digital signage and IP TV systems. A technically confident installer who prides himself on the quality and speed of his work; he has been requested by name by several clients whilst in his current role.

Redundant with immediate effect, as such this candidate is actively looking for a new opportunity. He is available at short notice (he can start tomorrow in the right role), he is looking for a permanent opportunity offering good career development in the long term. He lives in the Gravesend area of Kent, with easy access to Central London and is happy to travel as the role requires. His current salary is £22.5K and he is looking to improve this to around the £25K level, but is flexible and appreciates that he needs to prove himself to a new employer. He is a British national with full right to work in the UK.
